This role leads initiatives to establish and enforce data policies, standards, and practices across the organization, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security of core data domains, including PII/PHI. The Manager, Data Governance collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives the adoption of data governance frameworks, manages data stewardship efforts, and facilitates day-to-day data-related decision-making processes. Conduct performance reviews of each team Member within IEHP guidelines.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education & Requirement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in large-scale data or project management experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection is also required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management from an accredited institution required\n  <ul>\n   <li>In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position.
