They are required to be familiar with the restaurant's menu and to provide service that is appropriate to the type of establishment at which they work.&#xa0; Ensure high quality of food and beverage service with emphasis on customer satisfaction.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Must possess knowledge of all food and drink recipes pertaining to restaurant.&#xa0;</li><li>Must provide complete customer satisfaction with the highest level of service.&#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to physically handle working on feet for entire shift.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for upholding all state, federal, and corporate regulations pertaining to alcohol service.</li><li>Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring proper fulfillment of orders, delivering food/drinks to tables, and addressing any issues that arise during guest’s dining experience.</li><li>Servers are responsible for taking payment and must be knowledgeable of food and beverage SOP’s for cash handling and the variance policy.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.</li></ul>",
