Procurement &amp; Vendor Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in technical bid evaluations (TBE) for mechanical equipment and piping packages.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with vendors for drawing approvals, manufacturing progress, inspections, and material dispatch.</li>\n <li>Monitor delivery schedules of long-lead equipment (Boiler, Turbine, Pumps, Fans, FGD systems, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>4. Mechanical Construction &amp; Erection</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise erection and installation of: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Boiler &amp; Auxiliaries</li>\n   <li>Turbine-Generator &amp; Auxiliaries</li>\n   <li>Critical &amp; Non-critical Piping</li>\n   <li>Coal Handling, Ash Handling Systems</li>\n   <li>Cooling Water Systems, Pumps, Heat Exchangers</li>\n   <li>WTP, DM, RO, ETP/ZLD</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Monitor welding quality, fit-up, alignment, support installation, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with IBR, ASME, IS standards, and site QA/QC procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>5. Commissioning &amp; Handover</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Flushing, blowing, hydro/pneumatic tests</li>\n   <li>Boiler light-up, turbine rolling, synchronization</li>\n   <li>Performance guarantee (PG) test preparation</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure closure of punch points and documentation for mechanical handover.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>6.
