You will ensure each project is completed on time and within budget by:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish consistent budgets at conceptual stages of design</li>\n<li>Quantify take-offs using OST</li>\n<li>Develop precise bid scope of work documents</li>\n<li>Subcontractor bidding and evaluations for client review and approval</li>\n<li>Create a baseline construction schedule</li>\n<li>Work with Marketing Dept. to develop proposals</li>\n<li>Lead the estimating role in project interviews/presentations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-year degree (BS/BE) in civil engineering or construction management and PE, CPE/CCE certification is a plus</li>\n<li>5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including a minimum of 2 years working primarily in Precon/Estimating role</li>\n<li>Commercial experience to include core/shell office buildings or similar, office TI’s, biotech and data center work</li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills required</li>\n<li>Foster strong communication and relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to support collaboration and project success</li>\n<li>Experience with Sage/Ediphi Estimating, OST/Togal and Building Connected a plus</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge and experience in preparing conceptual, DD and construction document estimate including mechanical, electrical, special system, structure and civil</li>\n<li>Assist client in preparing:\n<ul>\n<li>Cost forecast</li>\n<li>Constructability review</li>\n<li>Independent cost estimates</li>\n<li>Value engineering</li>\n<li>Review and analysis of contractor change order requests/claims</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Proficient in contract management</li>\n<li>Must have excellent knowledge of:\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing change estimates</li>\n<li>Value engineering</li>\n<li>Change requests</li>\n<li>Evaluation of subcontractors’ change order proposal/estimate in respect to entitlements</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>General understanding of time impact analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Account</li>\n<li>401(k) Plan + Matching</li>\n<li>Profit Sharing</li>\n<li>Phantom Stock</li>\n<li>Discretionary bonus</li>\n<li>Personal time off</li>\n<li>Paid holidays</li>\n<li>Family-oriented company</li>\n<li>On-site fitness center</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$145,000 - $200,000 DOE</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
