This position is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience under the guidance of experienced technicians, enabling the apprentice to develop technical expertise in pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment troubleshooting. The apprentice will contribute to ensuring pools operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and safety. Over time, the role aims to build a foundation for a skilled service technician capable of independently managing service calls and complex repairs.
