    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The&nbsp;Mayo Clinic&nbsp;Store&nbsp;Assistant Manager&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible for the&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;operations of&nbsp;the&nbsp;retail&nbsp;medical supply store or supporting work centers.&nbsp;This individual&nbsp;oversees&nbsp;employees&nbsp;and&nbsp;job&nbsp;functions that&nbsp;include&nbsp;staffing&nbsp;(hiring&nbsp;and&nbsp;firing),&nbsp;coaching&nbsp;and&nbsp;employee&nbsp;development. Optimizes&nbsp;work center&nbsp;productivity, resolves&nbsp;service issues&nbsp;and&nbsp;develops&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;policies and&nbsp;procedures.&nbsp;Responsible for&nbsp;maintaining excellent product selection, presentation standards and proper pricing.&nbsp;Works&nbsp;closely with or reports to the&nbsp;Mayo Clinic Store&nbsp;Revenue Cycle Manager&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure proper product and claim billing and&nbsp;Medicare/Medicaid&nbsp;compliance.&nbsp;Maintains&nbsp;compliance with&nbsp;HIPPA&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;third-party&nbsp;payer&nbsp;requirements.&nbsp;May&nbsp;perform&nbsp;special&nbsp;projects&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;discretion of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Manager. Works&nbsp;with Management staff&nbsp;for&nbsp;all&nbsp;stores&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure staff&nbsp;are&nbsp;adequately cross-trained and&nbsp;maintain competencies with processes,&nbsp;policies and&nbsp;procedures.
