Building maintenance performance includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, roofing, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and custodial tasks. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;All candidates must have a minimum of two years of verifiable maintenance experience.
