Learn more about our <a href=\"https://hrportal.ehr.com/applied/\" target=\"_blank\"><span><u>benefits</u></span></a>. </p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>Review and understand internal metrics/KPIs and how daily tasks impact these metrics. </li><li>Follow and adhere to established business processes.  </li><li>Align operational process with Outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organizations.  </li><li>Lead daily transportation shipment tracking to ensure timely and accuracy of service parts delivery.</li><li>Manage shipment performance, drive escalations to resolution, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Accurately and timely document shipment orders which are delayed or re-routed.</li><li>Support vendor management activities, including performance reviews, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Partner with cross‑functional teams such as supply chain, trade compliance, planning, and regional operations to optimize processes.</li><li>Support maintaining carrier information during extended holidays or unexpected events.</li><li>Act as the point of contact for AGS groups to confirm cargo status.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to global trade, regulatory, and safety requirements.</li><li>Support compliance and control to Quality standards by adhering to documented work instructions and QMS operating procedures.  </li><li>Contribute to global transportation strategy, including shipment optimization initiatives and service-level improvements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement efforts using structured problem‑solving and process engineering methodologies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements which result in increased service level performance and/or minimize costs.</li><li>Track and Trace exceptional handling on day to day orders</li></ul><div></div><div><p><b>Experience </b>- 4 to 7 Years</p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelor&#39;s Degree</p><p><b>Job Shift</b> - US</p></div><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of shipping and document integrity, including international shipping workflows.</li><li>Proficiency in web and excel tools and process management.</li><li>Ability to manage time and communicate clearly in English to update and track shipments.</li><li>Experience with process mapping, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Requirements / Education</b></p><ul><li>Strong writing and speaking in English.</li><li>Additional language skills are a plus (Mandarin, German, Korean and Japanese)</li><li>Strong understanding of global transportation, distribution, or logistics operations.</li><li>Experience in shipping, carrier management, or supply chain processes (internships or full‑time roles) Preferred.</li><li>Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into operational improvements.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Additional Information</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Time Type:</b></p>Full time<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Employee Type:</b></p>Assignee / Regular<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Travel:</b></p>No<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Relocation Eligible:</b></p>Yes<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
