Experience the iNova difference today. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We currently have an opportunity for a Rebates Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager core focus of the role is to administer all rebate payments to iNova customers. Key responsibilities include calculating and validating rebate amounts, coordinating credits and payments, securing required approvals, and preparing management-level summary reports and contract-based reconciliations. The role also supports audit activities related to rebates and oversees the submission of various monthly, quarterly, and annual usage reports. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly trade spend accruals (Product Placement, Co‑op, Rebates), ensuring accurate, timely reporting and effective financial management of rebate-related accruals. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Administer rebates by interpreting contract terms in SAP, processing payments, validating conditions with business managers, and completing timely reconciliations and settlements. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate trade spend reporting, monitor prior‑period adjustments, and identify variances against budgets and forecasts. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and validate data integrity across internal and external systems (SAP, wholesaler reports), troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare ad hoc trade spend reports, support audits with required documentation and queries, and manage balance sheet accounts related to distributor accruals. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">To be successful in this role, you will possess the following </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Accounting degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in financial analysis and Trade Spend/Rebates Management in Consumer Health or FMCG. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical skills: Intermediate–Advanced Excel, MS Office applications, SAP (essential) and SAP BI (desirable). </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical ability, problem‑solving skills, and disciplined task completion with strict adherence to deadlines. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders; effective written and verbal communication. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity, and a self‑starter, can‑do attitude suited for fast‑paced environments; strong team player with enthusiasm and follow‑through. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements / Working Conditions</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to company values at all times  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">If you wish to be part of an energetic team within a thriving organisation, focused on bringing innovative products to market, please <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">APPLY TODAY!</span> We want you to join us in our pursuit of healthy living! </span></p>",
