          "text": "<p>The Wholesale Coordinator Floater responsibilities include supporting various teams by managing a diverse portfolio of loan files, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining exceptional service levels. This position specifically requires coverage of paid time off (PTO) for Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator(s) and other Wholesale Operations positions as needed. This position also requires processing of overflow loans and other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management.</p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties: </strong></p><ul><li>Process applications for submission to underwriting</li><li>Work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies</li><li>Works with third parties to obtain conditions</li><li>Scanning and uploading file documentation into LOS</li><li>Clear loan conditions with applicants and communicating with loan officers</li><li>Analyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documents</li><li>File follow-up and notation in accordance with policy</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of client files</li><li>Provide coverage for Pipeline Coordinators and other Wholesale Operations positions, ensuring continuity and consistency in service.</li><li>Create and maintain shared documents, checklists, and folders for Coordinators to streamline communication and file updates.</li><li>Adapt to varying workloads and team needs, providing support wherever it is most needed.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
