This is an office-based technical role focused on CAD production and survey mapping.</p>\n<p>This position is ideal for a technician with prior land surveying experience who enjoys detail-oriented work and contributing to successful project delivery.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare surveying maps and exhibits using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carlson and AutoCAD</span>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Plot plans</li>\n<li>Topographic surveys</li>\n<li>ALTA/NSPS surveys</li>\n<li>Boundary surveys</li>\n<li>As-built surveys</li>\n<li>Final plats</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Work closely with Survey Project Managers to produce accurate deliverables within established budgets and schedules</li>\n<li>Submit plats and survey maps to governmental agencies for review and approval</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to FEI policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum of 1 year of relevant land surveying experience</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency with Carlson and AutoCAD</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CAD certifications</li>\n<li>Associate’s degree in Geomatics or related field</li>\n<li>Experience with Ajera expense and timesheet entry or similar systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office-based position</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mon–Thu: 7:30am–5:30pm | Fri: 7:30am–11:30am</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Performance Metrics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilization</li>\n<li>Efficiency</li>\n<li>Responsibility</li>\n<li>Communication</li>\n<li>Work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Why FEI</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relationship-driven culture focused on accountability and integrity</li>\n<li>Stable workload with predictable scheduling</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on a wide variety of land development projects</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with room for growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">🚫 Recruiter Notice</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct applicants only.
