years of experience in software development, configuration, and implementation of complex application architecture(s) preferred.</li><li>7 years of experience with Financial Systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, EPM (ARCs, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS), and OIC cloud solutions.</li><li>3 years of experience in Retail.</li><li>2 Years in a Lead role, mentoring and coaching junior developers, establishing coding standards, best practices, etc. </li><li>Solid technical and functional experience with exposure to implementation and customization.</li><li>Solid experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of retail business processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Skills: </span></b></p><ul><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team.</li><li>Solid technical and functional experience with exposure to implementation and customization.</li><li>Solid experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications.</li><li>Must demonstrate excellent software development skills.</li><li>Excellent debugging skills and fixing issues in a short period with minimal support from leadership.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external.</li><li>Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.</li><li>Knowledge of PCI standards and SOX compliance controls preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities: </span></b></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain standards.</li><li>Design and build conceptual solutions, and proof of concepts, wherever applicable, as per business needs.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the development team.</li><li>Act as the go-to technical expert for specific areas of the application.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and product owners to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. </li><li>Lead in solution development during planning sessions and actively support architects to define the application architecture.</li><li>Understand the requirement and prepare system flows based on the requirement specification and architecture guidelines.</li><li>Provide a work breakdown structure and estimation for the work to be executed in their respective area.</li><li>Provide design and development efforts for any integration required between applications.</li><li>Develop code to implement business solutions.</li><li>Understand the requirements and prepare technical design documents based on the requirement specification and architecture guidelines.</li><li>Provide QA/UAT Support and fix defects promptly.</li><li>Contribute and adhere to all programming, testing, security, documentation, and release management standards.</li><li>Provide knowledge transition to support effectively.</li><li>Provide Hypercare support for implemented projects and enhancements.</li><li>Provide L4 support as the production support team escalates in resolving the issues.       </li><li>Train other team members on the implemented solutions or any areas of expertise.</li><li>Learn and adapt to new technology requirements as needed.</li><li>Work directly with key stakeholders, management, and other developers to execute assigned tasks.</li><li>Review/Develop BRD, and FSD on a need basis for large complex projects/enhancements.</li><li>Primary SME of multiple applications.</li><li>Develop and maintain Coding Standards for different technology stacks.</li><li>Proactively identify gaps in the Development Life Cycle and provide recommendations.</li><li>Perform Code and Solution Reviews, adhering to standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Physical Requirements &amp;
