      "value": "As a member of the Project Management Office, you will be part of our international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of high impact cross-functional business process, data and change projects. This role requires a proactive, impact-oriented individual who is comfortable navigating a complex organization with minimal guidance and can confidently engage with stakeholders. <br>If you have previous project experience as a functional business resource and/or are looking to take the step into an impact focused project management position, please apply! <br>  <br><strong>Your key accountabilities are: <br></strong><ul><li>You will support the end-to-end delivery of cross functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and providing clear, concise updates to stakeholders.</li><li>You will manage the design and implementation of data-driven reporting using PowerBI, creating insightful dashboards and analytics to monitor project performance and inform decision-making.</li><li>You will act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders, driving communication and alignment on project deliverables and strategic objectives.</li><li>You will be responsible for overseeing the tracking of project progress and alignment to project goals alongside producing regular updates to senior stakeholders.</li><li>You will support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates and governance to ensure consistency across projects.</li><li>You will proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues. Supporting stakeholders with mitigation plans and resolution.</li><li>Projects could include cross-functional change, software migrations and/or business process. </li></ul>"
