Works under direct supervision of a pharmacist and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks</h4>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Job Duties: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the Triaging of incoming prescriptions</li>\n <li>Verify and gather necessary patient information including name, address, phone number, date of birth, allergies, chronic conditions, request for non-safety caps and insurance information</li>\n <li>Assess the workload, establish the prescription pick up time and queue the prescription for processing</li>\n <li>Assist in the delivery of prescriptions to the patient, including obtaining patient signatures</li>\n <li>Performing cash register duties within the Pharmacy Department</li>\n <li>Provide quality customer service to all customers</li>\n <li>Perform housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional environment, including replenishment of necessary vials and dispensing containers, labels and computer paper supplies</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information</li>\n <li>Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment</li>\n <li>Perform all store clerk duties as needed</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Educational Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED</li>\n <li>Preferred: AS Degree or Higher Required </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Vermont Employees:    Registered  with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician Experience: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred: Hospital or retail pharmacy experience </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Special Conditions of Employment</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$16.00 - 17.60  an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
