Under the supervision of the CEO and Clinic Administrator, the Clinical Psychologist adheres to Mathiesen Memorial Health Clinic's mission and values and follows all policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient care.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Essential Duties</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Makes assessments and interpretations based on biopsychosocial evaluations, semi-structured interviews, therapy sessions, and psychometric tests.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Formulates and creates personalized interventions, treatments, and patient management plans.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Provides psychotherapy for individuals (children, adolescents, adults), couples, families, and groups.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Conducts case management and other administrative tasks as needed.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Provides referral services to outside agencies, clinics, and treatment facilities.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Administers psychological tests and determines results.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to promote an integrated and team-based approach to patient care.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintains confidentiality of patients’ treatment and records per the Board of Behavioral Science law and ethical code, California state law and ethics, and HIPAA.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Participates in clinical training seminars to maintain adherence to policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintains appropriate documentation of clinical and therapeutic services, including all necessary billing information, within the electronic health record and completes it promptly.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Education and Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Current CA state license </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">2+ years’ experience in counseling psychology, primary care, or other agency preferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Current CPR</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of psychological theory and practice</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;
