Other duties may be assigned as determined by&nbsp;</p><p>management.</p><p>● Orders parts, supplies, tires, lubricants, all other items as needed.</p><p>● Open Purchase Orders, list parts on PO, add parts to shop RO.</p><p>● Manages all returns, credits, place internet and all parts orders as needed.</p><p>● Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may result in a part supply issue or&nbsp;</p><p>cause a change in the promised time. Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone.</p><p>● Maintains parts rooms, tire storage areas and workstation in a neat and organized manner.</p><p>● Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment (PPE) as&nbsp;</p><p>required by current Hgreg, local, state and federal policies. Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to work in an automotive shop environment that may include a higher noise level than&nbsp;</p><p>normal, around running and moving vehicles.&nbsp;</p><p>● Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to parts, lubricants and other hazardous&nbsp;</p><p>materials. Reports any deviations to management.&nbsp;</p><p>● Cooperates and assists other personnel in the ordering process and other duties as assigned.</p><p>● Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect&nbsp;</p><p>parts and shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>● Operates all computers and printers in a safe and professional manner.
