    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our EHS Team as a Facility Environmental Health and Safety Site Manager; Multi-Site.</p>\n<p><b>Summary</b></p>\n<p style=\"padding-top:1pt\">The Facility Environmental Health and Safety Site Manager; Multi-Site is a specialized and critical position accountable for contributing to HarbisonWalker International overall business performance by ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, environmental regulations and corporate policies and programs in HarbisonWalker International’s production facility. This role is responsible for leading plant safety team and company/union safety team.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"padding-top:1pt\"><b>Responsibilities</b></p>\n<p style=\"padding-top:1pt\"></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensuring facility is in compliance with occupational safety &amp; health regulations, environmental regulations, and corporate safety &amp; health policies and programs.</li>\n <li>Conducting facility audits, inspections and employee engagements to verify compliance with EHS regulatory and corporate requirements.</li>\n <li>Assisting/advising facilities regarding workers’ compensation/incident&nbsp; investigation related issues.</li>\n <li>Assisting corporate environmental engineers with data acquisition for reporting, permitting, etc.</li>\n <li>Promoting safety awareness and regularly participates in facility safety activities. Leads monthly safety training activities.</li>\n <li>Coordinates/oversees and/or conducts industrial hygiene monitoring and medical surveillance programs.</li>\n <li>Preparing monthly EHS status reports. Monthly EHS data entry into EHS tracking software.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <b>Requirements</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Requires 4-8 years of industrial/manufacturing safety experience with a general knowledge of environmental regulations, health/safety requirements and project management.</li>\n  <li>Requires BS degree or equivalent experience in safety/environmental or a related field</li>\n  <li>Requires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new software systems.</li>\n  <li>Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment</li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <b>Physical and Environmental Requirements</b>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Physical Activity:&nbsp; Requires more than 2/3 of time talking or hearing; 1/3 to 2/3 of time standing, walking and / or sitting; and less than 1/3 of time using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing/balancing, stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling; and/or tasting/smelling.</li>\n    <li>Lifting:&nbsp; Requires&nbsp; Some light lifting on occasion &lt;20lbs.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Vision:&nbsp; Requires accurate close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.</li>\n    <li>Environment:&nbsp; Requires 1/3 to 2/3 of time working near moving mechanical parts and less than 1/3 of time exposed to a heavy hot or cold industrial environment, in an office setting, working in high, precarious places, exposed to outdoor weather,&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Noise:&nbsp; Requires exposure to moderate noise.</li>\n    <li>Personal Protective Equipment: Must be able to wear safety glasses/face shield, metatarsal safety toe boots, gloves, hardhat, fire resistant clothing, a half-face or full-face respirator, and fall harness.</li>\n   </ul>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul></ul>\n <p></p>\n <p style=\"margin-top:2pt;margin-right:0.1in;margin-bottom:2pt;margin-left:0in\"></p>\n</div>",
