Direct Marketing Associate - Boise, ID

Join our team at Renewal by Andersen of Boise. We're looking for driven and collaborative Direct Marketers to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. This position canvasses local neighborhoods in order to talk with current and potential customers about Andersen Windows, to understand how we can meet their window and door needs. In this position, you'll generate highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area. We offer a 90 day training plan where we start you out in an entry-level Direct Marketing role. Upon successful completion of the initial 90 days, you'll move into a Direct Marketing Specialist role that will allow you the potential at more earnings and more freedom in your schedule and canvassing. This position is entry-level and does not require experience, we're looking for candidates interested in the sales or marketing field who are willing to learn and grow with a reputable brand. This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to have an earning potential of over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year, while top performers have an expected earning potential of $100,000 in this role. Base pay starts at $20/hr and you'll be eligible to earn added bonus and commission.
