The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product costing, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting aligned with SAP systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in costing, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor of Commerce (English Section); CMA certification is a strong plus.</li>\n<li>ERP Proficiency: SAP expertise is mandatory.</li>\n<li>Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage costing activities across production lines.</li>\n<li>Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate standard costing and inventory valuation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cost structures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
