This is a non-accelerated hygiene practice with one full hour scheduled per hygiene patient, allowing you to focus on quality care and meaningful patient relationships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Location: </strong>In person</p>\n<h3>Schedule</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Open to full or part-time opportunities</p></li>\n <li><p>Days Needed: </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Monday, 7 am - 6 pm or 9 am - 6 pm</p></li>\n   <li>Tuesday, 8 am – 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm</li>\n   <li>Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm</li>\n   <li><p>Friday, 7 am - 4 pm</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> Up to $65/hour</p></li>\n <li><p>Monthly bonus opportunities are available after 90 days of employment</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>401(k)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Health insurance (FT employees)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Dental & vision insurance (FT employees)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Flexible spending account</p></li>\n   <li><p>Life insurance (FT employees)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Paid time off (FT employees)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Employee discounts</p></li>\n   <li><p>Professional development assistance</p></li>\n   <li><p>Retirement plan</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Make every day great by providing exceptional patient-centered care</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform initial oral health screenings and review medical/dental histories</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean, polish, and help protect patients’ teeth</p></li>\n <li><p>Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care</p></li>\n <li><p>Take digital X-rays, iTero scans, and intraoral photos</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and clinical notes</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate closely with dentists and specialists to support comprehensive treatment planning</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to all current infection control, health, and safety protocols</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications & Skills</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Diploma in Dental Hygiene and an active Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)</p></li>\n <li><p>CPR certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong knowledge of dental health and safety regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Professional, compassionate chairside manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience using Open Dental is a plus</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you’re looking to join a supportive team that values quality care, work-life balance, and professional growth, we’d love to meet you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDH01</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
