    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p><br></p></div><p>#TeamBergmann is looking for a Senior Hydraulic &amp; Hydrologic (H&amp;H) Engineer to join our Water Resources team! &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Do: H&amp;H Analysis, H&amp;H modeling, dam analysis, report writing, field investigation, design of watershed improvements, design of stream restoration, levee inspections, and construction support. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For: The ideal candidate is a licensed PE in Water Resources with 10+ years&rsquo; experience on H&amp;H projects. All candidates should understand USACE EM, ER, and ETL guidelines and have prior experience with AutoCAD, Microstation, SWMM Modeling, and HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Prior experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers and CFM Certification is highly preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Be Successful:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to work closely with others or independently as needed</li><li>Willing to travel for site visits or meetings as needed</li><li>Client facing experience is a plus</li><li>Project Management &amp; Business Development experience</li><li>Able to walk project sites &amp; climb levee embankments</li><li>Cost estimating experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>More Functions of the Senior Hydraulic &amp; Hydrologic Engineer:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide supervision and guidance related to overall objectives, technical issues, new concepts, and quality matters</li><li>Use advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices in developing design</li><li>Perform complex assignments requiring development of new and/or improved techniques and procedures</li><li>Assist in the education and development of survey staff and act as resource for survey questions</li><li>Participate in the interpretation, update, and/or creation of Standards of Practice</li><li>Perform QA/QC on drawings from drafters, designers, and/or design engineers on project</li><li>Coordinate with Engineer in Charge during construction phase and take responsibility for resolving issues as they arise</li><li>May contribute to the completion of goal setting, goal review, and professional development plans for the discipline staff</li><li>May serve as Bergmann contact for client, other design professionals, and contractors</li><li>May act as quality coordinator for discipline led projects and perform independent technical reviews</li><li>May serve on professional association committees for establishment of policies, standards, procedures, and research at a local, state, or national level</li><li>May deliver technical papers and presentations</li><li>May stamp/sign drawings or reports and/or serve as Engineer of Record for the project</li></ul><p>All other duties as assigned.
