A project manager will find creative solutions to ensure our client’s satisfaction and earn repeat business.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB TITLE:</span> Project Manager II</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REPORTS TO:</span> Vice President, General Manager</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve as the primary point of contact with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Lead project teams and delegate roles and responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and proposals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participate in trade partner and supplier selection; draft, review, issue, and administer agreements and delegate as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure the profitability of assigned projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review and maintain project plans/files; change orders, purchase orders, building permits and inspections, contingency budgets, and construction schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Compose and submit monthly project reports </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Manage communication process with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and Graham management and staff before, during, and after a project </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain compliance with the company safety policies, state and federal laws, OSHA, building codes, non-discrimination requirements, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with owner and architect to conduct punch list final inspections, oversee job clean-up, and ensure timely completion of required work items</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop great professional relationships in the industry/community to drive business for the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attends Industry Association events such as IHA, ISHE, MBI, and AIA</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Follow the Graham Core Process, including jobsite checklists </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">All other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What knowledge, skills, and abilities you’ll bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related degree or equivalent experience + 5 years of related construction experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Great verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Extremely detail-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong leadership skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Legal Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to pass post offer employment testing</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to pass a post offer drug test</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to work in a noisy environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work within Graham Construction, a 3G Company's operational regions, as assigned</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What benefits you’ll enjoy:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>401K with a 6% immediate vesting match</span></li>\n<li><span>Personalized growth opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span>Two healthcare plans to choose from</span></li>\n<li><span>Vision, Dental, &amp; Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid Time Off </span></li>\n<li><span>9 Company holidays annually</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Project Manager I and Senior Project Manager roles are also available based on education and experience. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">More about Graham Construction, a 3G Company:</span><span> John Graham, a well-known developer, in the Midwest founded Graham Construction in 1981.
