    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee project lifecycle from contract review to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality) to meet project objectives.</li>\n <li>Serve as the main customer contact, managing communications, RFIs, and change requests.</li>\n <li>Coordinate documentation, submittals, and compliance with industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API).</li>\n <li>Identify risks and implement Management of Change (MOC) and mitigation plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Job Duties</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Validate customer order scope, terms, and requirements during order entry and contract review.</li>\n <li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Engineering to compile submittal and fabrication drawing packages.</li>\n <li>Coordinate specification or schedule changes among customers, Engineering, and Production.</li>\n <li>Align project requirements with plant capacity, material availability, and manpower resources.</li>\n <li>Manage pricing adjustments with Sales and Estimating; ensure timely communication of updates to customers.</li>\n <li>Schedule and oversee third-party inspections and shipping logistics.</li>\n <li>Coordinate progress and milestone invoicing with the Contracts Manager.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.</li>\n <li>Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports to Operations Management.</li>\n <li>Support warranty claims, customer training, and after-sales service needs.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred).</li>\n <li>a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations.</li>\n <li>PMP certification preferred.</li>\n <li><span>Candidates must be local or able to commute daily.</span></li>\n <li>Candidates must be located in the Andrews, Odessa, or Midland.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools (MS Project, Oracle, etc.).</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of risk management and contingency planning.</li>\n <li>Up to 10% travel required; may involve evening or weekend work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To learn more about our benefits please visit our website: <a href=\"http://usbenefits.nov.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http://usbenefits.nov.com</a><br>\n  To learn more about our business unit please visit our website: <a href=\"https://www.nov.com/about/our-business-units/fiber-glass-systems\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">https://www.nov.com/about/our-business-units/fiber-glass-systems</a></p>",
