Clinical Supervisor - In Home Therapy/Outreach

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and develop our In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Outreach team. In this role, you’ll provide clinical supervision to master’s and bachelor's level staff delivering home - based and outreach services to children ages 4 - 21 years old and their families. You’ll lead clinician development, ensure high quality clinical care, and create a supportive and positive team culture. What You Will Do: Provide supervision, crisis support, and mentorship to clinicians, guiding professional growth and ensuring accurate, effective clinical documentation Manage clinician caseloads and workflow Foster a positive, collaborative team culture in partnership with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director S tay current in treating and managing IHT cases by maintaining a small caseload What You Will Bring: Independent clinical license required (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience required (5+ years preferred) Experience providing in-home therapy or community-based behavioral health services strongly preferred Prior supervisory or teaching experience preferred Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting individuals and families in their homes and communities, lead and develop a team of dedicated clinicians, collaborate with a team in a mission-driven workplace culture, and have opportunities for professional growth. Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
