    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The maintenance teammate will be responsible for design inputs, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machining equipment, robot welders, lasers and/or other electronic production equipment. &nbsp;The teammate may also be responsible for maintaining industrial building systems and infrastructure. The teammate’s scope of work may include, but not be limited to, performing work under minimal supervision while solving moderately complex problems and performing self-driven project work involving a cross-functional team.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Trouble shoot and repair CNC equipment, robot welders, &nbsp;lasers &nbsp;and/or other electronic production equipment including the following:</span></li>\n <li><span>Problem solve equipment and facility issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Reduce energy related costs</span></li>\n <li><span>Repair and relocate machines and equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Evaluate and install new production machines and manufacturing equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve complex problems</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Install Electrical Circuits and Systems including 480 3-Phase and Control Circuits</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform general facilities maintenance</span></li>\n <li><span>Operate Powered Industrial equipment including forklifts, skid loaders, and scissor lifts</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform work that includes lifting up to 75lbs and working up to 40’ above ground</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>SECONDARY DUTIES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Other maintenance and safety related duties as assigned</span></li>\n <li><span>May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a peer group</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Degree or equivalent required; Associates degree&nbsp;or certificate from a technical school in electronics or equivalent, preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience (4+ years) in industrial maintenance (installation, preventative maintenance, and repair) and knowledge of PLC ladder logic.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working with 480 VAC 3 phase power. Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement environment, preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work up to 40’ above ground</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of and competent experience using CAD systems, automation, and controls desired</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of and competent ability to read, understand and create electrical schematics and wire diagrams</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of and competent ability to read and understand mechanical and industrial drawings, manuals, and specifications</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong verbal and written communication abilities desired</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient with standard computer programs including MS Office</span></li>\n</ul>",
