From environmental planning, permitting, remediation, and site characterization to chemical data management and hydrogeology, Kleinfelder offers a variety of services designed to provide technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Step into Your New Role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Kleinfelder is<strong> </strong>seeking an experienced<strong> Stream and Wetland Delineator </strong>to join our Environmental Permitting and Planning (EP&P) Team in<strong> Bridgeport, WV. </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position provides a great career-growth opportunity for an organized and energetic leader who can effectively collaborate with operational and business development leadership in our Eastern Division to execute our shared growth strategy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate should demonstrate:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-starter who can lead stream and wetland delineations.</li>\n <li>Willingness to conduct field work in difficult terrain.</li>\n <li>Independent thinking skills, the ability to self-start, able to work independently when needed.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills and independent task management.</li>\n <li>Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Adept at technical writing and field data management.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively engage directly with staff and leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Familiarity with the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Section 401/404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA)- specific state level experience in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.</li>\n <li>Nationwide Permits, State Programmatic General Permits, Joint Permit Applications, Individual Permits.</li>\n <li>State Water Quality Certifications.</li>\n <li>State/local wetlands and waterways, township, and floodplain regulations.</li>\n <li>Effectively prepare permitting documents and reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biological science, ecological science, environmental permitting, or related field. </li>\n <li>4-8 years of experience in environmental consulting, and/or regulatory agency employment in the region.</li>\n <li>Professional Wetland Delineator and/or PWS certification a plus.</li>\n <li>GIS experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Move Forward with Kleinfelder:</strong> Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
