We are proud to be employee-owned and we are looking to welcome a new Dispatcher at our office in Eagan serving our MVTA operation.</p>\n\n<p>Schedule:&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Wednesday - 6pm-1:10am</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Thursday - 2pm-1:10am</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Friday - 2pm - 1:10am</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Saturday - 2pm - 1:10am</span></span></p>\n\n<p>Job Responsibilities</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Responsible for working with team to ensure operations run effectively</li>\n\t<li>Ensure proper documentation of accidents, incidents, and vehicle service calls</li>\n\t<li>Assist with routing responsibilities including transit system, detours, GPS monitoring, customer calls and other operational procedures</li>\n\t<li>Monitor radio and communicate operational messages to employees</li>\n\t<li>Frontline communications specialist for inbound phone and email inquiries</li>\n\t<li>Gathering information regarding accidents and incidents and completing assigned documentation</li>\n\t<li>Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency alerts</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>What we are looking for</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products</li>\n\t<li>Detailed-oriented person with a can-do attitude!</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Other Requirements</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n\t<li>Read, write, and speak in English</li>\n\t<li>Have a positive attitude and be a team player</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to work independently and in a team environment</li>\n\t<li>Obtain (within 90 days of hire date) a Class B Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL), with air brake and endorsements for passenger and a valid DOT physical</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>How we&#39;re different:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>We&#39;re employee owned &ndash; that&rsquo;s extra money in your pocket!</li>\n\t<li>Professional management team that cares</li>\n\t<li>Friendly staff always willing to help out</li>\n\t<li>Full benefit package including 401k match and Employee Stock Option Plan</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off</li>\n\t<li>Donuts on payday - YUM!</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n",
