Looking to build your career in an exciting industry and a fast-growing organization?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Come see why so many of our team members recommend us to their friends!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Pest Control/ Termite treating -  </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Chemically treating and/or repairing structural damage on a variety of commercial and residential structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Maintaining contact with homeowners, homebuyers, their agents, company inspectors and others regarding work to be accomplished.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Receiving and accounting for company funds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Read and understand label instructions regarding treatment procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Customer Experience – Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns. Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that will provide value to the customer.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Continuous Learning – Become knowledgeable in the array of available CalPro Inspection Group products and services through provided, paid training. Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry. Participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services in the CalPro Inspection Group range of pest control solutions.
