text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Terminal Operator is responsible for safely operating all Terminal equipment in connection with receiving, storing, transferring, and loading of products via trucks or water vessels The Terminal Operator is also responsible for the testing of products and documentation of results; maintenance of Terminal equipment; preparation of various Terminal reports; and general maintenance and upkeep of the facility.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">JOB&nbsp;DUTIES&nbsp;AND&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;Ensure the safe operation of the terminal; maintain awareness for personal and co-workers safety and ensure knowledge and compliance with all policies and procedures.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform all daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;inspections,&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;required&nbsp;logs&nbsp;as&nbsp;appropriate.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensure that all Terminal equipment, including safety devices and systems&nbsp;are&nbsp;functioning&nbsp;properly,&nbsp;and&nbsp;report&nbsp;any&nbsp;and&nbsp;all&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;failures&nbsp;to supervisor.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform daily walk around inspections to identify any potential risks and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;good&nbsp;housekeeping&nbsp;standards&nbsp;are&nbsp;maintained&nbsp;at&nbsp;all&nbsp;times.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Conduct&nbsp;preventive&nbsp;and&nbsp;routine&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;on&nbsp;various&nbsp;operating equipment,&nbsp;including,&nbsp;but&nbsp;not&nbsp;limited&nbsp;to,&nbsp;pumps,&nbsp;valves,&nbsp;meters,&nbsp;compressors, motors, tanks, pipes, terminal building, and various other&nbsp;equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensure&nbsp;that&nbsp;all&nbsp;contractors,&nbsp;customers&nbsp;and&nbsp;vendors&nbsp;follow Company/Terminal Policies and Procedures when accessing or working in&nbsp;the Terminal.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Communicate product outages and equipment downtime to appropriate&nbsp;individuals.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;emergency&nbsp;situations&nbsp;as&nbsp;required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform&nbsp;other&nbsp;duties&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">POSITION REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;JOB QUALIFICATIONS</li></ul><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Knowledge,&nbsp;Skills,&nbsp;Abilities:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong team player with the ability to work independently.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Experience Operating Heavy Machinery, Loaders, Material Handler, Skid&nbsp;Steer, other equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Basic&nbsp;computer&nbsp;and&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Office&nbsp;experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to perform all required mathematical calculations with or without the&nbsp;use of a calculator.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;outside&nbsp;for&nbsp;long&nbsp;periods&nbsp;of&nbsp;time&nbsp;in&nbsp;any&nbsp;weather&nbsp;condition.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;overtime&nbsp;as&nbsp;necessary.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work&nbsp;a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and/or&nbsp;holidays.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Excellent&nbsp;customer&nbsp;service,&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong&nbsp;mechanical&nbsp;aptitude.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Experience/Education:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Industry&nbsp;experience&nbsp;preferred.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">NOTE</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;Successful candidates must complete a drug screen, job simulation physical and background check.
