The incumbent ensures daily meal production follows specifications and quantities while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations in the Flight Kitchen Prepare meals as per daily specifications Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Ensure a high level or presentation standards are met Must haves: Valid Drivers License 3-5 years of commercial kitchen experience A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada Nice to haves: Food Safe Level 1 Experience in a fast-paced environment Ready to join us?
