This includes researching misapplied payments and contacting payers to resolve application issues.</p><p></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>· Experience: 2+ years in healthcare Cash Application or healthcare Accounts Receivable with a track record of meeting closing KPIs.</p><p>· Accounting Logic: A strong understanding of how cash applications impact the broader financial statement and the importance of a timely close process.</p><p>· Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong typing skills.</p><p>· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required</p><p>Core Competencies</p><p>· Time Management: Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes while meeting rigid daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.</p><p>· Professionalism: A positive attitude with a high degree of accountability, flexibility, and the initiative to master new tasks.</p><p>· Analytical Thinking: Ability to recognize A/R trends, multi-task, and solve complex billing problems independently.</p><p><br>IND123</p>",
