Employee risks physical hazard from heavy equipment, traffic and exposure to fumes, paints, solvents, pesticides, noise, and other hazardous/dangerous materials. Physical effort is required due to heavy lifting, frequently in excess of 50 lbs. and working in confined or cramped sites.</li>\n <li>Schedule - A regular full-time workweek shall normally consist of forty (40) hours within a seven (7) day period. The schedule may consist of eight (8), nine (9), or ten (10) hours of actual time worked or compensated per a twenty-four (24) hour period.
