You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, gaining visibility into how investment decisions are made, how projects are underwritten, and how strategic priorities shape design and construction direction. This is an excellent fit for someone who wants to grow beyond technical execution and develop into a well-rounded development professional.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and project management capabilities who also wants exposure to feasibility, underwriting inputs, entitlements, and other development functions.
