A Strategist will apply quantitative and analytical methods to come up with solutions that are accurate, robust, and scalable.&nbsp;Strats are innovators and problem-solvers, building novel and creative solutions for manager selection, portfolio construction, and risk management. You will develop advanced computational models, architectures, and applications to meet the challenges of a rapidly growing and evolving business.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Strats collaborate across the business to develop solutions. These daily interactions with other team members across geographies demand an ability to communicate clearly about complex financial, business, and mathematical concepts.
