          "text": "<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Modernize the Onsite Service structure and operating procedures. Align our services and practices to the targeted customers and applications. Promote the business through direct visits and all media and methods.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Identify, develop and train a technical crew to perform the services.</li><li>Develop standards to work with operations leadership on staff availability and allocation.</li><li>Update/modernize policies and practices related to the service of the employees, their engagement of the customers and the performance of the work.</li><li>Promote the business through all means including customer/prospective customers site visits and walk downs to identify new business and/or resolve current issues.</li><li>Develop business approaches and service offerings to win new business and deny competition.</li><li>Create, prepare and present presentations, proposals and/or quotations and service contracts to customers/prospects based on customer needs.</li><li>Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.</li></ul>",
