A world where the magic of technology becomes accessible to the most talented of Merchants.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Taager, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple markets. This role will be responsible for driving product availability, inventory health, supplier performance, fulfillment efficiency, and last-mile excellence to support Taager's rapid growth and merchant success.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will own the complete supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to inventory planning, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations, ensuring scalability, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supply Chain Strategy &amp; Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute Taager's supply chain strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.</li>\n<li>Lead and develop Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.</li>\n<li>Establish and monitor KPIs across procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile operations.</li>\n<li>Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Demand Planning &amp; Inventory Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning processes in collaboration with Commercial, Marketplace, and Merchant Growth teams.</li>\n<li>Ensure optimal stock levels across all categories while minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and dead stock.</li>\n<li>Develop inventory strategies that support sales growth and working capital efficiency.</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory health, turnover, aging stock, and forecast accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procurement &amp; Supplier Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own supplier sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management across local and international markets.</li>\n<li>Identify and secure high-potential products and suppliers that support Taager's growth strategy.</li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, payment terms, and service-level expectations.</li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fulfillment, Warehousing &amp; Logistics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy across fulfillment centers.</li>\n<li>Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and courier partners.</li>\n<li>Monitor fulfillment performance, delivery success rates, return rates, and logistics costs.</li>\n<li>Ensure operational readiness during peak seasons, campaigns, and product launches.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Management &amp; Process Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.</li>\n<li>Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor operational performance.</li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional projects to automate processes and improve scalability.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Will Make You Successful</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.</li>\n<li>Strong experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, FMCG, or high-growth startup environments.</li>\n<li>Proven expertise in demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations.</li>\n<li>Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple countries.</li>\n<li>Experience working with suppliers in other regional markets.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
