      "content": "\n<li>Perform bridge load ratings and prepare load rating reports.</li>\n<li>Perform structural analysis, design calculations and prepare construction plans and details.</li>\n<li>Perform construction phase engineering services including shop drawing reviews and responding to contractor requests for information.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering – Structural emphasis.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge design; Railroad experience preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient in concrete and steel design</li>\n<li>Professional Engineering licensure (PE) preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Knowledge of FRA regulations, AASHTO LRFD and AREMA design codes required.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Microstation required.</li>\n<li>Experience using structural analysis programs and bridge design software required.&nbsp; For example, OpenBridge, RAM Elements, RAM Structural Systems, L-pile, Weap, MathCAD and Risa-3D.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well with others.</li>\n"
