          "text": "<p>Are you looking to advance your career by joining a team of bright and bold professionals dedicated to improving patient care?</p><p>Take the leap and unlock your full potential with us in an inspiring and dynamic environment that values flexibility, teamwork, learning, and excellence.</p><p>How will your contributions be valued?</p><p>Relational Database Management System</p><ul><li>Provide on-call support for the relational database management system to ensure compliance with service agreements;</li><li>Deliver daily Level 3 support to all Customer Experience Advisors, Professional Services Specialists, and Developers regarding the use of the relational database management system;</li><li>Administer LGI client databases by applying best practices (optimal parameter configuration, backup strategies, etc.);</li><li>Demonstrate expertise with SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Always On);</li><li>Manage and control database access permissions.</li></ul><p>Optimization and Improvement of Work Tools</p><ul><li>Optimize external client databases to ensure maximum performance and resolve recurring issues;</li><li>Test internal database-related solutions and recommend improvements or changes to existing methods when required;</li><li>Develop and write training materials, procedures, and documentation to enable advisors and specialists to provide first-level support whenever possible. This training and support responsibility also applies to external clients.</li></ul><p>Problem Analysis</p><ul><li>Clearly identify issues and develop action plans to recover databases in the event of disasters (corruption, data deletion, or similar situations);</li><li>Analyze and minimize the risk of service outages for external clients by proposing redundancy tools and processes for environments.</li></ul><p>Other Related Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide guidance during RFP processes and supply relational database management system information for proposal documentation when needed;</li><li>Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops to ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external clients;</li><li>Collaborate actively with the SQL Server Architect (modeling, strategic direction, etc.).</li></ul>",
