Total Rewards Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Manager to manage all aspects of benefits administration, leave administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Location : Dallas, TX - In person position. Flexibility for 1-day WFH per week after training. Primary responsibilities include: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding benefits questions, enrollments, and issue resolution. Act as point of contact for employee leaves Conduct regular compensation analyses, including market benchmarking, internal pay equity reviews, and salary and job structure maintenance. Support annual compensation and bonus cycles, including data preparation, calculations, and communications. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits. Collaborate with People, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs. Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs to support company goals. Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards metrics and provide insights to leadership. Perform other People Team responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
