    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>*PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong>&nbsp;The Store Team Lead will effectively direct and supervise all activities of the retail grocery store and its personnel to achieve sales, profits and customer service goals established for the store.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>A Store Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.</p>\n<p><i>A Store Team Lead’s responsibilities include:</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serving as the leader of his/her store team, and as such an excellent role model, coach, performance evaluator and trainer.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Creating a store environment members want to work in, and customer want to shop in.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and active sampling (when appropriate) and always giving a genuine thank you.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Observing and enforcing all store rules and company policies.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Overseeing the selection and training of all new members.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Executing, communicating and supporting all merchandising programs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Providing excellent knowledge of all products merchandised in the store.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Creating store and department budgets and tracking financial reports (e.g. profit and loss, sales and expenses).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Overseeing the ordering of all products and supplies, the auditing of all products received, ensuring proper shelf stock levels for our customers and minimum levels of product shrinkage.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensuring compliance with all heath department and weights and measures department guidelines and requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensuring the proper merchandising of all departments, meets all department and company guidelines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Achieving store and department sales and profits goals.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Controlling store labor, inventory, product out of stocks and shrink.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensuring all safety equipment is maintained and all store members act in accordance with company safety guidelines.</li>\n <li>All other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:</strong></p>\n<p>Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation, paid weekly</li>\n <li>Retirement Benefits</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and eligible dependents</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified courses</li>\n <li>Scholarship opportunities for continued education</li>\n <li>Store discount programs (10% off household groceries)</li>\n <li>Fun work environment where you have the opportunity to nourish your community&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Must be 18 years of age.
