This role requires a blend of automation expertise and strong analytical skills to define quality standards, validate complex data outputs, and ensure the reliable and responsible behavior of our generative AI systems.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your key responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Design and execute generative AI testing scenarios, including exploratory testing for chatbot interactions, intent recognition, tone, and edge-case behavior.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with designing and executing conversational agents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in LLM test designs, including prompt and grounding validation, golden sets, and non-deterministic assertions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform crucial safety and quality checks, such as testing for hallucination, bias, toxicity, and PII leakage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Validate structured and unstructured data outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establish and drive real-time testing approaches, including streaming data validation and API monitoring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with ML and NLP teams to define comprehensive evaluation metrics and criteria for agent performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Integrate AI-driven tools (like Copilot or Claude) into the QA lifecycle to accelerate test design, documentation, and defect analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluent Arabic language skills (spoken and written)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">8+ years of experience in QA engineering, with proven experience in automation tests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in testing data systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience in using AI applications for testing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of spotting subtle inconsistencies in data and agent behavior.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with API testing (manual and automated)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with chatbot frameworks, LLMs, or conversational testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
