Your leadership will empower teams, elevate project delivery excellence, and drive the successful execution of our strategic plan across the market segment.</span></p><hr><p><span><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Guide and direct project management employees on measures to mitigate project performance issues and risks, ensuring successful delivery on the contractual commitments and financial targets for the project portfolio to meet client expectations and achieve or exceed profitability targets.</span></li><li><span>Conduct regular project reviews to ensure budget, schedule, risk, and cost to complete estimates are in order.</span></li><li><span>Effectively communicate and manage the implementation of the operating plan and its objectives for the market segment, with primary efforts focused on project delivery excellence, financial performance, overhead cost management, cash collection, and adherence to the strategic plan.
