Managed by a dedicated intensivist team, we offer a structured team approach and offer a dynamic environment for clinical</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.</li>\n <li>Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.</li>\n <li>Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.</li>\n <li>Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
