Disruptors at heart, we are constantly searching for innovative ways to bring the best animated content possible for kids and adults alike!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">3D Mids and Senior </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Animators </span>to join our offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">/ YOUR ROLE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver high-end animation with strong acting and storytelling, setting quality benchmarks for the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Take ownership of complex shots and sequences, ensuring they meet creative and technical expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with Leads and Supervisors to interpret creative direction and translate it into final animation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support Leads in reviewing work and providing constructive feedback to other animators when required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help maintain consistency in style, performance, and continuity across the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide reliable task estimates and ensure deadlines are met.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">/ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3–6+ years of experience in animation production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level acting and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to mentor and support other team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">/ NICE TO HAVE:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced understanding of animation principles, performance, and storytelling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong ability to interpret scripts, storyboards, and animatics into compelling animation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deep knowledge of production pipelines and workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High proficiency in Autodesk Maya and strong technical awareness (rigs, constraints, troubleshooting).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to handle complex scenes, characters, and acting beats.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and Production to ensure alignment with project goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a key point of reference for other animators on artistic and technical matters.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate proactively with other departments to anticipate and resolve issues.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">/ GENERAL INFORMATION:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Office-based role in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">25 days of annual leave.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contract type: Project-based contract, estimated until June 27.
