This role serves as the primary link between farming operations and centralized asset records, ensuring assets are properly identified, tagged, tracked, and managed throughout their lifecycle.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This position also serves as the operational and technical lead for the asset management/maintenance software system and is responsible for system configuration, data quality, and operational support. In addition, the role is responsible for the physical asset tagging and QR program and contributes to the development and execution of saltwater asset management strategies.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Asset System Management</em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for the asset management and maintenance software platform relating to saltwater operations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage asset-related system configuration, including asset structures, naming conventions, fields, and hierarchies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure asset data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all modules of the system.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshoot and resolve asset data or system-related issues, coordinating with internal IT or software vendors as needed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support users by providing guidance and best practices related to asset entry, updates, and system use.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage the entry of asset records in the asset maintenance database, including asset location, condition, status, and identifying details.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Asset Tagging &amp; QR Program</em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Own and manage the physical asset tagging and QR code program for saltwater assets.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure all applicable saltwater assets are properly tagged, labeled, and linked to records in the maintenance software.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate tagging efforts with site staff for new assets, replacements, repairs, and asset retirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor tag durability and replacement requirements in harsh marine environments.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Saltwater Asset Management Strategy</em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies specific to saltwater operations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Identify gaps or inefficiencies in asset tracking, tagging, or data quality and recommend improvements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist in standardizing asset identification, naming conventions, and tracking processes across farming sites.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><em>Collaboration &amp; Communication</em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Act as a primary point of contact between farming operations, maintenance teams, and management for asset-related information.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide guidance to operations staff on asset identification, tagging standards, and data update requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support audits, inspections, and asset verification activities as required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp;
