Our workplace chaplains build caring relationships with employees and families by offering emotional support, spiritual care, crisis response, encouragement, and compassionate presence during life’s most challenging moments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Bilingual, Spanish speaking Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for individuals with a servant-leadership mindset who are passionate about relational ministry outside traditional church walls. Chaplains serve employees of all backgrounds through caring relationships, emotional support, encouragement, prayer, crisis care, and ongoing workplace presence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and workplace leaders</li>\n <li>Provide regular onsite workplace chaplain care and relationship-based ministry within assigned businesses</li>\n <li>Provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their family members</li>\n <li>Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed</li>\n <li>Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong two-way communication and trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership</li>\n <li>Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials</li>\n <li>Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, humility, and servant leadership in all interactions</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate communication and timely follow-up with employees and workplace contacts</li>\n <li>Display a positive team-player attitude with fellow chaplains, managers, and senior leadership</li>\n <li>Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual-fluent in both Spanish and English</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience<em>(Church-only experience does not satisfy this requirement. A business degree may reduce the required years of experience.)</em></li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university</li>\n <li>Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership</li>\n <li>Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, and workplace environments</li>\n <li>Ability to respond effectively to sensitive employee situations and crises</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master of Divinity (MDiv) or advanced ministry degree</li>\n <li>Denominational ordination</li>\n <li>Previous ministry, chaplaincy, pastoral care, counseling, social work, employee assistance, caregiving, or ministry leadership experience preferred</li>\n <li>Experience supporting individuals during crisis situations, grief, or major life challenges</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent local travel required</li>\n <li>Ability to visit various workplace environments regularly</li>\n <li>Ability to respond to urgent employee care needs as required</li>\n <li>Combination of office, industrial, and field-based work environments</li>\n</ul>",
