This role is ideal for a scientist who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement and wants to play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt innovative cell processing and sample preparation solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span>The FAS will partner closely with customers, Sales, Field Service, and internal cross-functional teams to provide training, technical support, and application guidance. We are especially interested in candidates with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">strong flow cytometry expertise</span>, including hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">antibody cocktailing, staining workflows, and sample preparation</span>. Experience supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clinical or medical center environments handling patient samples</span> is highly valued.</span></p>\n<p><span>This is a regional role focused primarily on customers in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Northwest U.S. </span>and limited Central US Coverage, with moderate travel required.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You’ll Do<br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Customer Training and Technical Support</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Deliver onsite and remote training for customers using the Pluto C-Free platform</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide technical support during installation, onboarding, and routine operation</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot customer questions and help ensure a successful user experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Advise customers on best practices for flow cytometry-related sample preparation and staining workflows<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Product Demonstrations and Applications Support</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with the Sales team to communicate the technical value of Pluto C-Free solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>Support customer applications involving flow cytometry, antibody staining optimization, and clinical sample workflows</span></li>\n<li><span>Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work closely with Field Service Engineers to support seamless customer handoffs</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in developing SOPs, application notes, and technical documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, trainings, and demo outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with R&amp;D, Product Management, and Customer Experience teams to share field insights and improve workflows<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Master’s/ PHD degree in life sciences, biotechnology, immunology, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong hands-on laboratory experience in life sciences applications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Flow cytometry expertise strongly preferred</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">antibody cocktailing, staining workflows, and sample preparation</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">medical centers, hospital labs, or other clinical sample-handling environments</span> is highly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly</span></li>\n<li><span>Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently</span></li>\n<li><span>Willingness to travel approximately <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">25–30%<br><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Preferred Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prior customer-facing, field applications, technical support, or scientific training experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Background in immunology, cell biology, or related application areas</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience supporting workflows involving clinical or translational research samples<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Competencies</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Technical expertise in flow cytometry and related life sciences applications</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of antibody staining, cocktail preparation, and workflow optimization</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Effective communication and collaboration across teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why Join Curiox</span></span></p>\n<p><span>At Curiox, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on improving sample preparation workflows and enabling better scientific outcomes for customers.
