We are looking for passionate backend developers to help us build our customer-facing applications. To be successful in this role you must have several years of experience with Ruby and Ruby On Rails, have experience with service-oriented architectures, GraphQL, REST, and have experience working with front-end teams (we use React/TS). This position is in-person, located in downtown San Francisco. In this role you will have the opportunity to be a leader within a team in an agile environment with short decision paths. We’re building a generational company in which you will be a key founding member. What You Will Do: Within your first couple of months you will lead development on a large part of the platform with a strong sense of ownership and user obsession Apply your back-end and distributed systems experience to help scale our Rails-based platform and drive continuous improvement in code quality, tools and processes Work collaboratively in San Francisco and with our global team. Identify customer challenges, develop innovative solutions, and continuously prototype, refine, demo, and deliver every day.
