Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus! **</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n <li>Paid holidays and PTO (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Supportive team environment</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly stocked and sanitized</li>\n <li>Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures</li>\n <li>Take and process dental X-rays</li>\n <li>Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards</li>\n <li>Record patient treatment information and update charts</li>\n <li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions</li>\n <li>Take impressions, scans, and photographs as directed</li>\n <li>Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed</li>\n <li>Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment</li>\n <li>Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental Assistant certification (if required by state)</li>\n <li>Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Radiology</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li>\n <li>1+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments</li>\n <li>Experience with Dentrix is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDA01</p>",
