Because we are closed-door, there is little to no direct interaction with patients. Production techs are tasked with filling prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency in unit-dose packaging, occasionally preparing non-sterile and sterile compounds, managing inventory, and preparing for future orders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepare, packaging, and label medications in blister cards and vials</li><li>Prepare non-sterile and sterile compounds</li><li>Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies</li><li>Utilize our software to change, update, and print labels</li><li>Measure dosage of medications and perform simple calculations</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience in long-term or retail pharmacy preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attentional to detail</li><li>Good work ethic</li><li>Sharpened ability to&nbsp;prioritize tasks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Generous Paid Time Off plan for full-time employees</li><li>Highly competitive compensation rates.
